hello all..i know i've been gone from the blogging world for awhile and i promised that i would update pictures from our vacation, (for those of you who did not know we went to the dominican-ellen):), anyway i haven't put pictures up here from there because you've seen them on my facebook. so to update my blog here are some of my fav pictures from the last week.
hayley and josie fell asleep together on the couch early one night. josie loves sleeping with us on the couch.
renee went turkey hunting for the first time today (saturday 4/4/09) with eric and alec. it was youth weekend and i'm not sure who was more excited about going, all i know if renee talked about it all week. so 5:00 AM came and eric was here to pick her up. they went and got donuts and pop and set out to find their hunting spot. alec video taped their hunt. (watch out The Great Outdoors you have competition). she saw a big turkey about 25 yards away, shot at it, (looked like she hit it they way it fell or flew) but they couldn't find it. so hopefully tomorrow will be another beautiful morning because they are planning on going again. (keep your fingers crossed that she gets one).
then we went out to our friends building so hayley could finally ride her new razor she got for her birthday outside...
she even let renee and i give it a try...it was fun!
are there weight limits on scooters or does it just drain the battery faster :)

actually the weight limit is 200, but it does go slower when i'm on it but it's still fun!!!!

Great pictures-she looks so happy to be hunting! And you on that scooter-you're looking good! And even I knew you were going to the Dominican-so where are the pictures already?? :)

love it!! you all look like you had fun...the perfect weekend!! congrats to renee for her first hunt!! i bet she was excited!!! i looked at a few of your pics on fb but it was taking a long time to come up...i'll try again right now..the ones i saw were great..looked like a beautiful place...glad you had fun!!
